1. We begin with sad news for the month, Variant Frequencies after 5 years and 4 Parsec Awards has called it quits. The show that launched the successful experiment “The Failed Cities Monologues” and various other stories. The final story will be recorded live at Balticon on Memorial day weekend. The only good news that I can think of coming from this is now maybe Escape Pod can win their own Parsec.
2. The Sonic Society has reached 200 regular episodes. This does not count all the vamp chats and special summer episodes. This weekly show – showcases the best in original Audio Drama from all over the world. Jack Ward and Shannon Hiltchie have done this over the past 5 years.
3. As you are hearing this I will be at Conestoga Convention, hoping to get some more interviews with authors artists and musicians. So if you are at the con swing by and say hi. (links in the shownotes)
